Pledgd ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pledgd mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Account Information

When you create an account via Sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your real email.

Habit and Activity Data

We collect the habit names you create, check-in timestamps, streak records, and grace day usage. This data is essential to the core functionality of the App.

Partner Data

If you invite a partner, we store the connection between your accounts and share relevant habit and check-in data between connected partners.

Subscription Data

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive subscription status information (active, expired, trial) but do not have access to your payment method details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (habit tracking, streak counting, partner sync)
• To process and manage your subscription
• To send push notifications you have opted into (daily reminders, partner activity)
• To improve the App and fix bugs
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With your connected partner (habit names, check-in status, streaks)
• With third-party service providers listed above, solely for App functionality
• When required by law or legal process

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, secure authentication via Sign in with Apple, and encrypted storage through our cloud providers.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of push notifications via device settings
